One question I’m always led to ask: What is true sustainability? Also, how do authentically enlivening life experiences contribute to greater fulfillment on both individual and collective levels?

In our rapidly expanding information age, we can, I believe, within the context of the global village, discover our own perfect places for optimizing creative self-expression. This is the purpose of this journal – to grow in wisdom by sharing diverse enlightening perspectives.

For many years, I’ve traversed the planet with a keen eye for the unusual and also observing that which by rapt attention appears commonplace. In this regard, it’s necessary to separate the wheat from the chaff. To paraphrase mystic shaman Don Juan Matus: Every activity is garlanded by cords of intention. For true fulfillment, it is most auspicious to follow the path of the heart. Loosely translated, this means that where possibility exists in concert with an infinite number of choices, so too does the inexorable play of destiny – that which influences outcomes in our lives.
